Listen to The Art of Plenty every Thursday to gain insights and inspiration to live a life you love.
Grief is experienced differently by everyone. Our grief changes based on the type of loss, the recency of the loss, and what’s going on in our own lives at the time we are grieving. In this episode, I open up about my experience with the loss of a grandparent and share some treasured memories of my grandmother, who was the heart of our family. As I talk about my memories of her life and influence, I’ll provide some tips for grieving including the role that storytelling plays in our healing. This episode will make you reflect on what makes a life beautiful and consider how the legacies of our loved ones can bring us connection and peace.
