I've been quietly working on a totally different approach to self-love. After going through cancer, pregnancies, and just plain aging (hello, mid-40s!), I realized I needed to revolutionize how I talk to my body. Not just the usual "you're beautiful" stuff, but a deep, cellular-level appreciation for every part of me. Today, I share my personal morning practice that's helping me carry less disappointment about aging and physical changes.
