Listen to The Art of Plenty every Thursday to gain insights and inspiration to live a life you love.
When we’re young, we’re encouraged to dream big and follow our hearts. But then life happens – adulting happens. Suddenly we’re caught up in the daily grind, barely able to think beyond the end of the day, let alone about the long-term future we imagine for ourselves.
In this episode, I dive into the topic of daydreaming and why we seem to lose the ability to dream big as we get older. I talk about why we need to keep imagining all the possibilities we have and how I myself learned to dream again after a cancer diagnosis. I’ll share some practical tips on how to dream intentionally in order to reduce stress, push through self-doubt, and fill your life with possibility.
